The Successful candidate will:

-        Ability to multi-task; seamlessly manage up to three chats simultaneously with out giving the impression of neglect to any Customers

-        Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in written words or voice tone, depending on channel

-        Establish rapport via chat or phone quickly, and remain positive and upbeat

-        Communicate unpleasant or negative information in a tactful manner

Demonstrate strong data entry skills and proficiency in the use of a PC.

Qualifications:

  Pre-Requisites

  • 3 CXC subjects or more (English is mandatory)
  • Customer service background desired but not required
  • PC skills (Word/Excel) required
  • Strong customer service orientation
