Research and critical thinking Technological Proficiency Effective Communication Curriculum Delivery

Job Summary

To deliver high-quality educational instruction at the post-secondary level. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging curriculum, facilitating classroom discussions, and evaluating student performance.

 Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and lead interactive sessions to impart knowledge and promote critical thinking among students. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, visual aides, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
  • Offer individualized assistance to students who require extra help or guidance, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment. 
  • Design and administer assessments, such as exams, quizzes, projects, and assignments, to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to aid the academic development of students.
  • Develop interdisciplinary projects, research initiatives, and other academic programs with fellow faculty members.
  • Assist with the development, review and implementation of curriculum
  • Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by providing individualized support to students who require extra assistance or direction.

 Minimum Qualifications and Experience 

  • BSc degree in Early Childhood Education and a MSc in a related field
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire students.
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and software for teaching purposes.

Overseas recruits are eligible for a Housing Allowance of USD10,200.00 (Providenciales) USD7,800.00 (Grand Turk) Per Annum, a settling-in allowance and 10% gratuity upon successful completion of the contract of engagement.
