Site Quality Manager

Grupotec is looking for a Site Quality Manager whose main mission will be to monitor the execution of the assigned project as well as ensuring compliance with the schedule, while applying company’s quality standards on site.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Developing and monitoring Quality Assurance Plans for photovoltaic projects
• Developing and tracking quality control test plans and launch photovoltaic installations
• Interpreting, assessing and managing of test results
• Supervising and monitoring of FAT equipment tests
• Monitoring the reception of construction materials
• Overseeing certifications and approvals of products and construction elements
• Monitoring and following-up measurement and testing equipment
• Managing or non-conformities and incidents on site
• Carrying – out internal audits for other projects  

Required Profile

Education

• Technical Engineering Certification or equivalent qualifications
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of quality control and performance of nondestructive tests and interpretation of results
• Knowledge of electrical/photovoltaic installations
• Training as a Senior Technician in PRL will be considered as well as knowledge and experience in ISO 14001 and 45001

Experience

Minimum of two years’ experience in quality control in photovoltaic project, and/or in works both at the level of civil works and construction.

Language

Spanish: Intermediate level (B1 – B2) 

English: Intermediate level (B1 – B2)
