Photo Editor

The Photo Editor will be responsible for editing all resort and photo-shoot images prior to them being sent to the sales system. The goal is to ensure that every image meets established company quality standards before they are presented to guests.  The editor will also be responsible for completing full Lightroom editing and post-production on all wedding images captured on property.

The successful applicant should satisfy the following minimum requirements:

• Must have a background in Photography and Photo Editing/Post Production
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have good knowledge in technical aspects of Photography and Photo Editing/Post Production
• Must have experience with color management and printer maintenance
• Must have a good understanding of resort Photography Operations
• Must be creative

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Digital Photography and Editing/Post Production
• Must have strong working knowledge of editing software packages such as Lightroom and Photoshop
• Must be proficient in Microsoft office Suite programs (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Must have strong general computer skills and be able to troubleshoot minor issues with PC’s, programs, networks and printers
• Resort Photo experience preferable but not essential
• Certifications and qualification in Photography and/or Editing/Post Production preferred
