This position will be responsible for designing, conducting and delivering continuous performance analysis of the operations for the Security Services companies to support decision making, minimize inefficiencies and optimize resources.

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Science/Engineering, Computer Science, or Related Degree.

  • Proficient with BI tools and advanced SQL.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel, Share Point and Forms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask while efficiently completing high quality work.
  • 0-3 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics – Power BI and advanced SQL preferred.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Data Visualization skills - Designing and developing key metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive insights and business decisions to improve performance and reduce costs
  • Analytical Skills - Conduct complex analysis and proactively identify key business insights to assist departmental decision making
  • Communication Skills - Partner with leadership and collaborate with software engineers to implement data architecture and design, to support complex analysis
  • Technical Skills – either experience in, or strong desire to learn fundamental technical skills needed to drive BI initiatives (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.)
  • Focused on agile delivery with a “fail-fast, succeed early” mindset and measurable outcomes.
  • Flexibility to change work direction as the project develops according to highest-priority business needs.
  • Strong work ethic; ability to work at an abstract level and gain consensus.
  • Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail, access, and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Evaluate and make decisions around dataset implementations designed and proposed by peer data Analyst.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Analyze and provide creative and innovative solutions to business problems.
  • Interact with relevant stakeholders to understand requirements and to identify areas in which business intelligence efforts can add business value and deliver high-quality data visualization solutions (Respond to routine inquiries from managers and employees).
  • Assist in utilizing data and process automation to support the organization in efficient reporting and making data-driven decisions.
  • Assist with monitoring and distributing Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyse data nad prepare dashboards in order to provide insights on various levels of the organization 
  • Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets to enablbe business to make data-driven decisons. 
  • Implement tools (e.g., Power Bi, Tableau) that help data consumers extract, analyse, and visualize data faster through efficient data pipelines.
  • Provide support to Senior Business Intelligence Analyst.
