This position will be responsible to lead, direct and manage the Performance Management section by ensuring the formulation and implementation of strategic objectives and policies to enable the HR department successfully achieve its mandate in relation to Performance Management activities.

 Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, or a similar major
  •  3 years of experience as a Performance Manager or in a similar position

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Exemplary interpersonal and mentorship skills, with the ability to easily intact with all organizational levels;
  • Ability to explain complex processes and employee development milestones in a clear manner;
  • Experience with interpreting performance data andd statistic.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Identify overarching company performance and development goals 
  • Identification, selection, development, and rtention of high performing talent within the Group
  • The identification and development of high-quality replacments for a small number of positions design as key to current and future Group success
  • The identification and development of high-quality replacements for a small number of positions designated as key to current and future Group success
  • Create and oversee the implementation of the procedures that support and enhance employee performance as per the company’s objectives
  • Ensure the appropriate strategies, business plans, policies and procedures are developed, approved, communicated to the relevant stakeholders and implemented so that the Departmental strategic imperative are met.
  • Establish a two-way communication channel to receive employee feedback and modify development policies and standards accordingly
  • Draft research-based performance efficiency reports, present them to senior leadership, and suggest performance management changes as necessary
  • Provide Department Managers with insightful training practices to reach the established performance target goals
  • Determine and resolve workplace issues that prevent optimal performance, such as individual grievances or poor departmental structures
  • Explain to employees the methodology of current or upcoming performance practices thoroughly and professionally and follow up with them to ensure organization-wide understanding
