HEART - Level 2 Certification or any equivalent relevant qualification from an approved institution in a food service related course
STEWARD
Some Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sweep and mop the Restaurant
- Make sure all areas of the restaurant is clean
- Assist in taking goods from the main stores area to the Restaurant
- Assist the Cooks and Chefs to ensure smooth operations
- Disposing of garbages from the kitchen to the main exterior bins
Must have:
- At least 3 years working experience as a Steward
- Knowledge of safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- A Valid Food Handlers Permit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Clean Police Record
Must be able to:
- Lift at least 50lb
- Work well in a team environment
- Multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Literate
- Stand for long hours
- Males only between the Ages 20 - 40
