KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named "Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)" operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States ("the Client").

JOB SUMMARY:

The Resource Manager role is central in the Enterprise Data Services (EDS) organization, driving the optimization of resource allocation and utilization. Contributions will be instrumental in facilitating agile and well-informed portfolio decision-making processes. This position will elevate the organization’s ability to execute the business needs by strengthening the visibility, transparency, and value of portfolio performance. This position mandates a combination of resource management finesse, adept leadership, and analytical acumen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Function as a strategic advisor for delivery groups using the demand pipeline to gain insight into potential new work and provide recommendations for hiring related to specific resource roles to Delivery Leads, Recruiting and other groups; lead forecast activities to further continuous workforce planning within the organization.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, or a similar field from an accredited educational institution; a Master’s degree from an accredited college/university is preferred.
• PMP or RMCP Certification is desired.
• A minimum of seven (7) years of resource management and project management experience is required.
