POSITION:               Sales Executive

DEPARTMENT:      Sales & Marketing

REPORTS:                Sales Manager

 

JOB FUNCTIONS

A.      General Objective

To make sales calls per assigned route while meeting customer satisfaction within the scope of the company’s policy. The focus of your duties is to present and sell the company’s portfolio of products executing the same in a professional manner. Make the best use of your time to meet the customer’s expectations and ask for the business.

B.      Responsibilities [Main responsibilities of the position]

  1. Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  2. Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customer’s problem.
  3. Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
  4. Perform sales job – make the order.
  5. Suggest placement of temporary and permanent promotional material in the establishments and the placement of banners, so to accomplish the presence of the brands in the market and Basic Execution (Availabiltiy, Visibility and PTC on BBB Portfolio
  6. Verify the freshness of the products to ensure that these arrive in optimum conditions to the consumer – proper rotation of products. 
  7. Assure the finances of the account is up to date and collect any outstanding cheques.
  8. Attract new customers to increase the sales in the route and coverage.
  9. Ensure the sale of products in accordance to the strategies of allocation by brands and presentations to maintain and increase the participation in the market.
  10. Process the customer requests to the corresponding department to maintain a durable business relationship.
  11. Communicate the competition’s behavior where applicable (Sales, promotions, etc.).
  12. Ensure cooler maintenance is adhered to.
  13. Seek out opportunites (off/on premise by product category to detemine what’s missing from our portfolio).
  14. Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
  15. Assist in ensuring that the product presentation area is clean and organized.
  16. Where applicable increase product display space and improve shelf positioning
  17. Adjust product facing when necessary.
  18. Remove freshness-dated and damaged products.
  19. Attendance and Participation in The Morning Meeting mandatory

 D.      Requirements

  1. Highschool Degree or the Equivalent
  2. Able to multi-task and work independently
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Proficient knowledge of the Microsoft Word and Excel
  5. Valid Drivers License 
  6. Reliable transportation which will be used for the job.
  7. Preference is given candidates with the ability to travel to the US.
