Title: Change Management Analyst

Work Type: 6-month Contract 

Work location: Caribbean 

 

Role Summary: 

The Change Management Analyst will provide support with the coordination of people change management activities for various projects and change initiatives. The incumbent will focus on the people side of change; with the primary responsibility for creating and implementing change management plans that maximize stakeholder adoption and usage, enhancing benefits realisation and managing resistance.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Designs, develops & implements change management plans for assigned projects and initiatives by performing and assessing stakeholder and change impact analysis.
  2. Communicates & educates stakeholders and users on key aspects of the change being introduced to ensure that change and its impacts are well understood.
  3. Collaborates & creates required training plans/deliverables to address change needs; and monitors the execution of training activities.
  4. Supports & facilitates the consistent presentation of new process and technology design elements in all media (internally & external), including presentations to be delivered at meetings, websites, memos, speeches, print, etc. in collaboration with other relevant departments to ensure all users are educated, understand and accept the impacts of the change.
  5. Collaborates & works with the process management team to ensure impact of changes (people) are incorporated into existing process documents and/or new process documents are created and communicated.to ensure impacted groups are aware of what will be required of them post-change implementation. 
  6. Supports with educating the organization and collaborating with external partners to drive people change management forward.
  7. Enhances knowledge in change management to ensure techniques and methodology are aligned to best practice and relevant.

 

Academic Qualifications and Experience: 

  • A minimum of 3 years related experience, with experience in some aspects of people change management.
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline would be an asset.
  • Experience in professional or financial services organisations is considered an asset
  • Previous experience supporting collaborative design sessions (remote and in-person) utilising innovative techniques and tools
  • Proven ability to support organisational change management activities, e.g., communications, stakeholder impact, training, workshops, design sessions, etc.
  • Experience interacting with staff at all levels of the organisation, including executive stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of people change management strategies, principles and methodologies.

  • Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment and independently.
  • Highly logical and technically proficient
