JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent will work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage Director to ensure quality of service for the restaurants and will be responsible for maintaining standard operating procedures. The individual must be able to anticipate, understand and respond to guest needs through effective and efficient coordination of all activities and services.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS           

• Must have a Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant comparative qualifications
• Must have at least 6 - 8 years of F & B Management experience in the hospitality industry

• Must have the ability to interact with diverse group of clients.
• Must possess the ability to manage, train and motivate the team
• Must possess high ethical standards and analytical abilities
• Must be customer service oriented

• Excellent communication skills in oral and written form
• Have positive work ethics and attitude
• Effective organization and time management skills
• Computer literacy skills.
• Hands on approach

Duties & Responsibilities General

• Oversee the operation of Food and Beverage activities, (Restaurants and Bar)
• Deals with and resolves F & B related customer complaints and comments
• Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction
• Assist with strategic planning to increase F & B revenues
• Effectively manages department inventory
• Provide strategic recommendations to the departmental head
• Planning, organizing, directing & controlling of work in respective areas of responsibilities
