Executive Sales Assistant

 Executive Sales Assistant

Job Duties :

  • Answering incoming calls and emails from customers about product pricing and availability, then transferring them to the appropriate sales manager.
  • Preparing Quotations as directed and requested by clients and the sales manager
  • Source products that are not available in stock for clients.
  • Scheduling appointments with prospective clients for senior executives and following up afterwards with status updates and next steps.
  • Conducting research on potential clients or industries, using industry publications and databases to identify potential opportunities or threats to company operations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements such as booking flights, making hotel reservations, and arranging car service
  • Providing administrative support to executive staff members by managing calendars, arranging meetings, and scheduling travel arrangements
  • Performing administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining a database of contacts, Suppliers, overseas manufactures and ordering of office supplies
  • Reviewing product materials such as brochures and catalogs to ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing materials
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing customer service and answering questions about products and services
  • Coordinating events such as conferences or trade shows, scheduling speakers and exhibitors, and arranging for catering services

Qualifications

  • 6th Form High School Graduate/CXC and/or Associates Degree, University undergraduate.
  • At least two years of clerical experience.
  • Driver’s license Would be a plus.

  • Must understand or demonstrate a high proficiency with media and sales terminology and client‐focused sales strategies.
  • Must be fluent in English and strong communication skills, as liaison with clients and colleagues is a large focus within the job.
  • Strong written, and visual communications skills.
  • Must be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.
  • Must be computer proficient—particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, research Skills is also key for this position.
  • Ability to project a professional demeanor.
  • Skilled in time management.
  • Ability to actively contribute as a team member of the sales staff.
