The B2B Digital Marketing Specialist will help develop, execute, and optimize inbound and outbound digital marketing campaign strategy. As part of a dynamic and fast-growing medical billing organization, you will have the opportunity to shape programs to build our clients brand and drive demand.
Essential Functions
Plan and execute all digital marketing including web, email, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
Create graphics and content for social and paid ad campaigns as well as flyers and other print collateral.
Manage, create, and execute B2B social media campaigns (Mainly LinkedIn) to drive awareness, increase social presence and create demand where necessary.
Produce social copy for all channels using appropriate techniques and language relevant to each platform.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) utilizing analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Manage and improve our new client customer journey.
Evaluate existing web pages and collaborate with both internal team and clients to improve structure, design, messaging, and SEO
Brainstorm new and creative digital marketing campaigns to increase demand and awareness.
Local SEO growth through GMB development and activity.
Collaborate and assist in other areas of marketing such as events and PR when needed.
Key Skills/Experience/ Education/Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
3-5+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Have demonstrated experience developing paid acquisition campaigns and managing advertising budgets.
Experience with customer journey management.
Have experience with B2B advertising on Google AdWords, YouTube, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Solid understanding of web metrics, and digital analytics to evaluate content performance to guide future creative decisions and strategies.
Experience with measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics
Local SEO experience
Design experience using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
