Job Description:
ContactPoint360, a boutique Global BPO company, is seeking a versatile and talented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. A customer service Specialist is responsible for offering excellent customer service and support to customers. They are the primary point of contact for customers and handle inquiries, and complaints, and resolve any issues.
Responsibilities:
Handle reseller inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist our resellers in placing orders, making changes to existing orders, and tracking shipments.
Provide product information, updates, and recommendations to resellers.
Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, and disputes.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or higher-level management.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Strive to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Continuously improve and update knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer issues or trends.
Assist in training new customer service representatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years’ experience in a call/contact center environment required.
As a Customer Service Specialist, you must possess excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other digital tools is essential for customer service specialists to efficiently manage customer accounts and provide support.
Preferably completed a bachelor's education.
Proven problem-solving abilities, patience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Having thorough knowledge of customer service software, computer skills, and the ability to multitask may also be required.
Ability to work independently and with the team.
Adept at multitasking with great attention to detail.
Able to thrive in a fast- paced environment with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing situations and requirements.
Demonstrates ability to take initiative and prioritize daily responsibilities.
