Operations Manager(s): Supplier’s operations management team will have the overall responsibility for managing Supplier Agents and their work efforts on the client program.

- Operations Manager(s): Supplier’s operations management team will have the overall responsibility for managing Supplier Agents and their work efforts on the client program.
- Facilitate the assignment of supplemental schedules and personnel, represent Supplier leadership in performance meetings with client management, track changes and deviations from the performance requirements, as well as generate and provide reports to Client management.
- Responsible for ensuring that client’s methodology and specified instructions are applied throughout the SOW Term and be specifically responsible for ensuring that Client’s goals and objectives are being met.
- Interface directly with client management in resolving administrative, headcount, supplier performance, or other issues arising out of Supplier’s obligations and Services provided under this SOW.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of applicable industry experience. Additional requirements shall include, but are not limited to, the following (unless otherwise approved by client):
- Leadership skills
- Ability to deliver proven results
- Experience in supervision, coordination, and delivering results for 50+ employees
