Sales Associate- WFH

Build A Sign is a leading provider of high-quality car wrap printing solutions for individuals and businesses seeking to enhance their vehicles' appearance and brand identity. We specialize in creating custom designs and transforming them into stunning vehicle wraps that leave a lasting impression. As we continue to build customer awareness, we are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team and contribute to our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales for this product segment using voice, email, and chat channels.

Key Accountabilities

• Calling Warm Leads: Initiate contact with potential customers who have expressed interest in our car wrap printing services. Engage in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and requirements;
• Conversing on Design and Price: Collaborate with customers to discuss their design preferences and provide them with accurate pricing information. Leverage your product knowledge to explain design possibilities and limitations;
• Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of our car wrap printing products, including materials, colors, durability, and installation process. Address customer inquiries about product specifications and limitations confidently;
• Providing Timely Updates: Keep customers informed about the timeline for fulfilment, from design approval to order completion. Provide accurate and transparent updates throughout the process to manage customer expectations effectively;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our design team to communicate customer preferences, design elements, and specific requirements. Ensure seamless communication between the sales and design departments to deliver on customer needs;
• Closing the Loop on Requests: Ensure that all customer requests, inquiries, and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. Maintain a proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise during the sales and fulfilment process;
• Closing the Sale: Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales successfully. Understand customer needs deeply to tailor our offerings effectively and convert leads into satisfied customers;
• Remediation Handling: In the rare event of customer dissatisfaction or issues post-order, take ownership of remediation efforts. Work diligently to resolve any concerns and ensure the customer's satisfaction is restored;
• Additional duties as required.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a print or design-related industry (within BPO);
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers;
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets;
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism;
• Car Wrap/Design experience is a plus;
• Proficiency in using CRM software and communication tools;
• Salesforce experience is a plus;
• Minimum of five (5) subjects including Math and English; further education in sales or marketing is a plus.
