Inventory Officer

The Inventory Officer is responsible for preparing and updating inventory related documents.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Prepare purchase orders, receive, store, issuing stock items and managing the stock levels
• Update inventory count and maintaining inventory records to share with management
• Reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Maintain and update fuel records
• Prepare daily and monthly fuel reports
• Process invoices for approval and payment
• Perform administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and maintaining detailed records
• Develop and provide reports for monitoring the different processes
• Any other duties assigned

Education/Training & Experience

• Associate Degree in Business Administration/ Certification in Inventory Management  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• 1-2 years’ of relevant experience

• Good Interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills, time management and multi-tasking skills
• High level of initiative, reliability; demonstrates the ability to work independently
• High degree of attention to detail
