Customer Service Representative - Sales

Core responsibilities: 

• Provides consistent, superior customer service, ensuring our clients needs are identified and addressed.
• Acknowledges and responds in a timely fashion to all order requests.
• Supports the achievement of sales targets, which may include maintaining stock control.
• Enters orders into the company's ERP software / Point-of-Sale Software as needed.
• Attends to occasional walk-in customers and acts as a liaison with Marketing Sales Representatives (On The Road) to obtain client orders.
• May liaise with Production Department to facilitate customer orders.
• Liaises with Dispatch Department to ensure customers' orders are being dispatched in a timely manner.
• Documents clients issues and complaints to Manager.
• Provides  Query Management to clients about company's goods and services.
• Represents the company in a positive and professional manner.
• Completion of any other duties, as and when assigned.

Skills:

• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Thoroughly trained in Customer Service / Client Relations.
• Excellent oral and written Communication Skills.
• Prioritizing time management and organizational skills.

Education/Training:

• Undergraduate Degress in related field.
• Knowledge of Steel and Wire products, Construction/Hardware industry.
• Training toward Marketing and Sales.
• Computer software applications MS Office - particularly Excel & Word.

Experience

• At least three (3) years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working in a Sales Environment.
• Experience using intercompany software connectivity - highest consideration.
