Advisement and Instruction Assessment and Evaluation Clinical Supervision Teaching and Instruction
Job Summary
The successfully candidate will be tasked to deliver high-quality educational instruction in the fields of at the post-secondary level. The incumbent will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging curriculum, facilitating classroom discussions, and evaluating student performance.
Responsibilities Include:
Deliver lectures, facilitate discussions, and lead interactive sessions to impart knowledge and promote critical thinking among students. Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, visual aides, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
Offer individualized assistance to students who require extra help or guidance, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Design and administer assessments, such as exams, quizzes, projects, and assignments, to evaluate students' understanding and progress.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to aid the academic development of students.
Develop interdisciplinary projects, research initiatives, and other academic programs with fellow faculty members.
Assist with the development, review and implementation of curriculum
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment by providing individualized support to students who require extra assistance or direction.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Overseas recruits are eligible for a Housing Allowance of USD10,200.00 Per Annum (Providenciales) USD7,800.00 Per Annum (Grand Turk); Settling-in allowance and a 10% gratuity awarded at end of the successful contract
