Assistant Vice President- Sales and Services

We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Assistant Vice President for Sales and Services at our Ocho Rios location. The incumbent will be responsible for providing financial solutions to existing and potential clients.

We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of Assistant Vice President for Sales and Services at our Ocho Rios location.  The incumbent will be responsible for providing financial solutions to existing and potential clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

§   Make direct contact with potential and existing clients in order to solicit new business.

§   Manage the investment portfolio for assigned clients, through but not limited to

§   Actively market the products and services of JNFM and assist in activities that will generate demand

§   Assist with the collection and analysis of data to support management decision-making.  Keep abreast of and analyse internal and external, local and international factors likely to impact the client’s portfolio.

§   Manage the selling of the company’s financial solutions  to both individuals and corporations in order to meet assigned targets in both value and volume

§  Identify, discuss and recommend action to be taken by the client in line with their investment/portfolio

§  Create networks and establish relationships with centers of influence within the institutional, corporate, and high net worth space in order to establish a consistent flow of referrals and new business opportunities

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

§  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Management or related field

§  Must have at least three years’ financial advisor experience

§  Good understanding of monetary and fiscal policies

§  Working knowledge of financial markets (local and international)

§  Licensed by the Financial Services Commission (FSC)

§  Must have a current driver’s license and own a reliable motor vehicle. Must be able to travel throughout Jamaica
