 Summary of main duties:

• Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Review Plans, specifications, design drawings, shop drawings and equipment manuals to ensure correct implementation and operation of systems.
• Coordinate with the team of technicians and subcontractors to ensure the allocation of resources is efficient.
• Lead the onsite teams to ensure smooth execution of the works.
• Consult, communicate and coordinate with suppliers and their operatives and technical departments as required.
• Collaborate with the design team before, during and after project implementation to provide insights on design modifications, value engineering solutions and constructability issues.
• Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

 What we’re looking for:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in this or a similar role.
• Relevant professional qualifications in mechanical, Electrical, or plumbing or related field.
• Proven track record as a MEP supervisor in a similar role within the construction industry or Hotel maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, codes, regulations and best practice.
• Good computer skills with proficiency in the use of MEP-related design software.
• Problem solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
