Coordinate all activities to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the Excursions products of the company.
Create seasonal tour allotment for various cruise lines and disseminate in a timely manner
Ensure that all staff is trained and able to provide excellent levels of customer service and operate in accordance with the description and guidelines for each tour
Ensures that all Health & Safety regulations of the company are followed by the staff especially while administering tours
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar capacity in the field of Hospitality/Customer Service
Strong coordination, organizational and administrative skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
