• Screen candidates for not only skills, but also their adaptability and cultural fit
• Implement a comprehensive onboarding program to help new hires integrate into the company culture and understand their roles.

Training and Development

•       Offer ongoing training opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge for both new and existing employees.
• Encourage employees to seek professional development opportunities to further their careers with the company.
• Consider coaching and mentorship programs to nurture talent and provide guidance.

Employee Engagement

Qualifications & Experience:

• Candidates should possess at least a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management
• At least 5 years work experience in similar capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
