Accounting Services Associate III - Montego Bay (Monday-Friday)
Job Description:
- Data entry
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Background in accounting, accounts payableor accounts receiveables
- Reviews and verifies the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications.
- Extracts data for dashboards on process/reconciliation metrics.
- Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation.
- Ensures that adequate and updated process documentation and desktop procedures exist.
- Contributes towards quality efforts and guides the quality verifiers team.
- Participates in first-level tasks and quality checks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Typing Speed Requirement 20WPM
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proof of Qualifications – Three (3) or more CXCS including English Language, Mathematics/Accounts /Heart Level II or above certificate in Accounting.
- Government Issued ID (Passport, Voters ID Card, or Driver’s License)
- NIS
- TRN
- Birth Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree required in related field or equivalent experience (asset)
