Job Responsibilities
  • Trainers will have the overall responsibility of preparing new hire Agents and Supervisors with the level of knowledge and development necessary to deliver exceptional Cash Management (Disbursement)  Services.
  • Demonstrate on-going mastery of the Business Rules.
  • Knowledge of the Client Cash Management (Disbursement) activities and call center and/or administrative operations, along with proficiency in the use of Client Systems and resources (“Training Content”).
  • Meet Client standards of professionalism, as detailed in the Business Rules during provision of Services.
  • Demonstrate the ability to deliver all Client Training Content effectively and accurately.
  • Trainers should be tenured in their role with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience delivering
Required Skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage new hires 
  • Open communication with client’s training team and make revisions to materials as necessary when requested
  • Ability to keep abreast of adult learning trends
  • Ability to remain effective in a virtual training environment (i.e. using Microsoft Teams) as well as in-person training
  • Ability to provide support and mentoring for new hire Agents while conducting an evaluation and identifying areas where improvements are needed
  • Ability to remain compliant with Business Rules during training
  • Background in Accounting/Payroll
