Role: Officer, Proposal Management

Overview of the opportunity:

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serves as writer of clear, concise, and persuasive pursuit-related documents, including proposals, client questionnaires, and orals presentation documents
• Research, and edit a range of client-facing deliverables such as: proposals, qualifications statements, executive bios, and presentations
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and reflect compelling client focused messaging in the proposal documents including graphic design concepts and imagery

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related field from an accredited educational institutional.
• Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in business, creative or related writing practice
• Experience writing proposal/ RFP and bid management experience
• Knowledge of proposal development lifecycle and processes is a plus
