Asset Integrity Technicians

Key Responsibilities • Plan and Manage Execution of Asset Integrity Works according to Statutory Requirements, Industry Codes and Standards and Company Procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and Manage Execution of Asset Integrity Works according to Statutory Requirements, Industry Codes and Standards and Company Procedures.
• Develop/ Update Asset Integrity Risk Register, Structures Register and Anomaly Register.
• Prepare Reports based on Inspection Results and Daily Activities.
• Review and Analyze Contractor Inspection Reports and Project Documentation, Validate and Communicate Recommendations to Responsible Groups
• Measure contractor key performance indicators and validate time reports.
• Follow up on Asset Integrity Recommendations
• Support in Optimization of Asset Integrity Management Program
• Support in QA/QC of Repairs
• Maintenance of Inspection Records
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reporting
• Offshore Supervision of Work according to the Scope of Work, Procedures and Policies
• Any other Work-related tasks that may be required from time to time

Minimum Qualifications

Persons shall be qualified with Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with at least five (5) years’ experience in Inspection or Inspector with at least seven (7) years’ experience.

Will be an asset if persons also possess any of the following:

• ASNT or equivalent – Level-II in Ultrasonic Testing or Liquid Penetrant Testing or Magnetic Particle Testing or Radiographic Testing (RT)
• API 510 or 570 or 653
• NACE Coating Inspector Level I
• Certified Welding Inspector

All certifications shall be valid and up to date.
