LARGE INSURANCE BROKER REQUIRES THE SERVICES OF AN

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - SALES

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and soliciting sales prospects from various sources including cold calls, mailings and phone contact in order to meet the profit and volume targets of the organization.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve agreed Sales targets
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Promote the Company’s brand

 REQUIRED:

  • Negotiation Skills
  • Time Management
  • Ability to build rapport and network
    • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • Exhibit exceptional phone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other computer-based systems

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate should have a proven record of achievement in Sales. A minimum two (2) years in the insurance industry would be an asset.

A competitive compensation package including fixed salary and commission is offered.

A reliable motor vehicle is required.
