The Plant Superintendent (PS), as the designated leader for the Plant Team, is responsible for coordinating all resources on the assigned plant(s).

The Plant Superintendent (PS), as the designated leader for the Plant Team, is responsible for coordinating all resources on the assigned plant(s). The PS ensures compliance with safety systems and adherence to standard operating procedures for the achievement of targets for production, plant efficiency and budgeted on-stream factors.

Qualifications and Experience:
Undergraduate degree in a related Engineering or Natural Science field.
Minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in a process plant environment at a petrochemical facility.
Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience.
OR
Successful at five (5) GCE Ordinary level / CXC or CSEC General level subjects inclusive of Mathematics, English Language and at least one (1) Science subject (Chemistry or Physics).
Certificate in Process Plant Operations (PPO), Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) or Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology (EEET).
Minimum of fifteen (15) years’ experience in a process plant environment.
Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience.
