The candidate is responsible for the efficient, effective and profitable operation of the outlet(s). The candidate must also ensure that all company rules, regulations and policies are strictly followed by all members of staff and all-round customer satisfaction.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

         

:         Ensures that customer service in all restaurants is at a level which meets or exceeds customer and company expectations at all times.

 

:         Following up on marketing initiatives.

 

:         Maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

 

:         Employee motivation and job performance.

 

:         The achievement of all company established sales and operational targets.

 

:         The effective control of all company assets located in each restaurant including cash, inventory, vehicles, plant and machinery.

 

:         Must possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of work related to the business unit operations.

 

:         Maintaining company standards and policies with respect to employee’s attire, restaurant cleanliness and store operations.

         

:         Ensures adherence and compliance of existing company policies concerning cleanliness, customer service, product quality and product consistency. Where necessary, develops initiatives to treat with any deficiencies in these areas.

 

:         Ensures that food cost, human resource and other operational costs are kept within the limits of company set goals and objectives.

 

:         Ensures that all company reports and paperwork are submitted in accordance with company policy, procedures and deadlines.

 

:         Ensures strict adherence by all employees to production and quality control standards.

 

:         Regular and surprise store visits.

 

:         Training and retraining of employees at the business unit level in operational systems and procedures related to their job functions.

 

:         Completes and submits daily, weekly and monthly operations assessment forms.

 

:         Must keep the Brand Manager informed of any abnormal operational activity.

 

:         Follow up with all customer complaints.

 

:         Must respond to store needs on a 24 hour basis – will be on call 24 hours.

 

:         Must attend all manager’s meetings as required. 

 

:         Any other related duties as assigned.
