Role

The Inventory Manager will be primarily responsible for overseeing and maintaining the company's inventory of pest control and cleaning products and tools. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage stock levels, order supplies, and mine data from the CRM for accurate reporting. This position also demands advanced knowledge of Excel to manage, analyze, and interpret metrics for informed decision-making.

 

What You'll Be Doing 

  • Stock Management: Ensure accurate stock taking, tracking, and issuance of items to various teams, reducing wastage and ensuring availability.
  • Ordering Supplies: Timely procurement of necessary inventory items, ensuring a seamless workflow without any disruptions due to stock-outs.
  • Data Mining from CRM: Extract relevant data from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to keep tabs on inventory needs based on customer demands.
  • Dashboard Management: Efficiently input, update, and manage data on the inventory dashboard to provide real-time insights into stock levels, usage patterns, and order timelines.
  • Metric Analysis: Interpret dashboard metrics to forecast inventory needs, detect trends, and generate insightful reports to drive optimization.
  • Advanced Excel Utilization: Use advanced Excel functions and tools for inventory tracking, reporting, and analysis.
  • Reporting: Generate periodic reports on inventory status, consumption rates, and procurement needs for upper management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining inventory processes, optimizing stock levels, and reducing costs.

Critical Qualifications/ Competencies:

  • Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in the pest control or cleaning industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data extraction techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Proactive problem-solving capabilities
