Filing Clerk

JOB SUMMARY  

Embark on a temporary role as a Filing Clerk and contribute to the seamless organization and management of our crucial documents. As a Filing Clerk, you will play an integral part in maintaining an efficient filing system, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of essential records. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be essential in supporting our operational effectiveness.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Organize and categorize documents accurately according to established filing systems.
  • Maintain and update files, ensuring they are easily retrievable for timely access.
  • Assist in archiving and disposing of records as per company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all filing needs are met promptly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate document retrieval and storage.
  • Operate proficiently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
  • Independently manage a diverse workload and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Utilize analytical skills to identify and address any filing discrepancies.
  • Uphold the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • Successful completion of at least five (5) CXC General Subjects, including Mathematics or Accounts, and English Language.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar filing or administrative capacity.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to accuracy.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating independence and composure under pressure.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for efficient documentation and record management.
  • Uphold a high level of integrity and exemplify a strong work ethic.
