Bartender - Needed in North Caicos

We are looking for a Bartender to join our team and prepare tasty drinks for our customers.

Bartender responsibilities include studying drink recipes, serving guests in a timely manner, taking food orders, serving tables, and upholding a great hospitality reputation.

 Responsibilities:

• Monitor drink stock and prepare a list of what is needed on a regular basis
• Prepare drinks in a timely manner
• Study each recipe and gather all the necessary ingredients
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests
• Ensure appealing drink presentation
• Maintain proper procedures to maintain bar/equipment sanitation
• Take food orders from customers and send them to the kitchen
• Setup and tend to tables when customers are seated
• Clean tables after customers leave
• Assist team members whenever and wherever possible, promoting excellent teamwork
• Ensuring that all practices and procedures are always followed including Health & Safety controls / Food Safety
• Follow instructions from the management team and carry out miscellaneous duties as required
• Be polite, cooperative, and professional with any visitors and fellow team members at all times

Qualifications:

• Work experience as a bartender
• Must have coaching, supervisory, and staff development skills
• Guest service focused-Professional and Detail Oriented
• Must have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people
• Hands-on experience with various equipment
• Familiarity with sanitation regulations
• Up-to-date knowledge of drink-mixing techniques and recipes
