LANCO Industries Ltd., an export manufacturing company located in St. Catherine is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the role of 

OPERATIONS MANAGER 

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Operations Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination and control of the production process ensuring that all production, operational and shipment targets are met. 

Qualifications 

- Bachelor's Degree in Production or Operations Management or Engineering. - Training in Quality Management principles. 

- Proficiency in the use of computers and software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google G-Suite. 

Required Skills and Competencies 

- Excellent communication skills; both written and oral and the presentation of numerical data. 

- Proven people management ability 

- Leadership ability 

- Ability to coach and motivate a team 

- Quantitative and analytical skills 

- Detail oriented 

- Problem solving skills 

Experience 

- Minimum five years experience in a similar capacity 

- Experience in furniture of window manufacturing would be an asset - Experience in Industrial Relations Management
