Job Summary:
The Concierge is a patient's main point of contact within 24-48 hours of contracting for our services. A Concierge serves as a liaison between the patient and other departments (i.e. Sales, Labs & Clearances, Scheduling) that service the patient from pre-operations to and post-operations.
