Wills & Estate, Property Attorney for position in busy established firm in Bermuda.
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Property, Wills & Probate Attorney. This role is located in Hamilton, Bermuda with a busy established firm.
Our client is seeking a junior mid-level Attorney to join their Property and Private Client Department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting documents and advising clients on a wide range of property transactions, residential, freehold, leasehold and condominium matters.
- Drafting Wills and related estate planning documents and advising clients on a wide range of estate planning matters.
- Drafting applications and required documents in relation to probating estates.
Experience
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant post qualification experience in a conveyancing and private client practice.
- Ability to work unsupervised, or with minimal supervision in all aspects of residential Property law, Wills and Probate matters.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
- A collegial and team-oriented approach to the practice of law.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
