MERCHANT SUPPORT OFFICER (TEMPORARY POSITION)

The Merchant Sales Officer Provides administrative support to the Affiliation Sales Force area and ensures that business strategies, plans and initiatives are carried out or complied with in accordance with current internal regulations, policies and procedures

 MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  •  Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.

 

  • Leads and drives a customer-centric culture for his entire team to deepen customer relationships and leverage the Bank's extensive relationships, systems and knowledge.

 

  • Provides administrative support to the Acquisition sales team. (All brands)

 

  • Ensures that each request that arrives at the affiliation mailbox is attended and processed.

 

  • Ensures that each report used by the sales team is downloaded and updated in the shared folders so that it can be consulted by the team.

 

  • Request the POP material, update the inventory and guarantee its availability.

 

  • Responsible for the execution of brands Signaling Plan

 

  • Manages the database of potential clients.

 

  • Understand the Bank's risk culture and how risk appetite should be considered in daily activities and decisions.

 

  • Actively conducts efficient operations in their respective areas, while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls.

 

  • Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

 

 

EDUCATION / DESIRABLE CRITERIA

 

  • Tertiary Education in Business or related areas.
  • Three (3) years work experience in managing clients, sales, projects or portfolios
  • 1-2 years experience in project & portfolio management
  • Skilled in utilisation of the Microsoft Office Suite of applications
  • Spanish language proficiency desirable.

 

 This is a temporary full-time position for nine months.
