Human Resource Intern

The Human Resource Intern at Supreme Ventures Limited, will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with administrative tasks involving different aspects of HR.

The Human Resource Intern will be responsible for the following:-

Administration

• Assist with raising requisitions for our external vendors.
• Submit taxi receipt for payment to finance.
• Assist with collating invoices for timely payments.
•  

Benefits Administration ( Pension, Health and Life Insurance)

• • Assist in the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other supplementary benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure timely and accurate communication of benefit changes to employees.
  • Remove all exited employees from the respective benefits as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the SVP, HR & Admin, HR Manager or Senior HR Officer

Qualifications & Experience 

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn HR software and systems quickly.
