Operations Associate

This candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to our clients who may be experiencing emergency situations.

Our expanding company is seeking to hire an Operations Associate to join our team. This candidate will be required to provide excellent customer service to our clients who may be experiencing emergency situations. The incumbent will also be required to monitor our service providers via our online dashboard and will be expected to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction. They will assist the Operations Manager in ensuring all service providers are trained on how to use our application and will also be responsible for helping customers with any queries with the customer application. This individual will be expected to work virtually and may be required to work extended hours.

Minimum Experience, Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of six (6) CXC/CSEC subjects or equivalent
• A Bachelor's Degree would be an advantage
• At least one (1) year working in a customer service environment, call center preferred
• Must be able to work virtually
• Must be available to work any 8-hour shift during a 24 hour cycle
• Highly motivated to act independently and to acquire additional knowledge or skill sets that will aid in the role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient MS Office skills, primarily MS Word and Excel required
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving & judgment skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy required
