    2. Work with the Trainer to ensure the new hire training program is constantly being reviewed and upgraded.
    3. Develop a 90-day training plan for all new hires to ensure their integration into our company and culture.
    4. Encourage employees to seek professional development opportunities to further their careers with the company.
    5. Consider coaching and mentorship programs to nurture talent and provide guidance.
    6. Implement an incentive program for team members to motivate them to participate in company training activities.

 

  1. Employee Engagement
