A top industry player in their industry is seeking company in Jamaica, is seeking to partner with a creative, talented and industrious Graphic Designer.

You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, and Managing Director to develop various kinds of creative content (stills, video, audio) for advertisement, brochures, special reports, magazines, leveraging the traditional mediums of TV, Radio, Bill Boards, Print, to the modern mediums across the spectrum of social media platforms, google AdWords etc. You will evaluate design options, and push to find big innovative ideas based on design strategy and the creative brief. From partnership events to product launch campaigns you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the company's brand across Jamaica and the world. This role requires hands-on design work and collaboration with internal and external resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate excellent, inspiring, and strategic design concepts in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, and highly collaborative environment.
  • Design for multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously from concept to completion.
  • Use advanced knowledge in motion graphics and video editing to produce engaging deliverables across various channels.
  • Work to design creative expressions of the company brand across (but not limited to) print, branding, videography, photography, web, mobile, digital and presentations.
  • Efficiently manage project schedules and deadlines to a professional standard.
  • Execute and maintain impeccable brand standards for assigned tasks and projects.
  • Be able to identify new project opportunities based on design thinking principles and prior outcomes.
  • Present design solutions and constructive feedback to peers and executives.
  • Stay current in design, illustration, motion graphics, video editing, photography and new technology trends.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of design experience, with at least one year's experience at a creative agency.
  • Degree/Certifications in Graphic Design.
  • Self-sufficient & highly creative problem solver.
  • Experience in creating concepts from scratch to completion for multiple channels.
  • A flexible, positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and extended hours when necessary.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of designing for multiple platforms and devices.
  • Must have advanced knowledge in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects & Premiere Pro.
