Sales & Marketing Manager

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for crafting and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure financial objectives are met whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.

Meridian Caribbean Inc., a manufacturing company of uPVC windows, doors and fencing, is seeking to recruit an experienced, knowledgeable, and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Manager to join their growing team of professionals.

Position Summary

As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for crafting and implementing sales and marketing strategies to ensure financial objectives are met whilst maintaining customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Forecasts and manages annual sales and marketing budgets
• Develop and implement the annual marketing plan in order to achieve market share, sales, revenue and profitability targets
• Craft, develop and implement brand direction, marketing plan and strategy for Meridian
• Establishing and growing the MCI brand, products and services in existing and new territories
• Manages departmental expense budgets in line with agreed targets
• Conducts market research, identifies and capitalizes on growth opportunities
• Ensures commercial projects are properly managed
• Maintains accurate and updated industry and market knowledge and makes sound decisions based on analysis
• Creating and managing relationships with customers, contractors, developers, architects, construction companies, local and regional distributors, etc.
• Ensures timely and successful completion of all sales and marketing activities.
• Develops, coaches and manages sales, marketing and customer service team members
• Conducts weekly team meetings
• Compiles daily sales reports
• Participates in monthly management review meetings
• Lead quarterly review meetings with distributors
• Ensures plans are communicated to the necessary stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Oversees development of all marketing collateral ensuring that brand guidelines are adhered to and standards maintained.
• Manages relationships and negotiations with advertising agency and other third party service providers to ensure that marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in business preferably with a concentration in marketing
• Minimum of 6 years’ sales and marketing experience at least 2 of which must be at management level 
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
