Think Grow Lead (TGL) Group of companies, the region’s leaders in Sales force Development, are looking for a Training Programs Administrator. This role requires someone who is creative, flexible, disciplined and organized. You are responsible for managing Projects when they become available, administer our School of Sales training programs among other tasks. To be successful as a Training Programs Administrator you must have excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize to maximize efficiency daily.
Programs Administrator Responsibilities:
Developing detailed project plans, mapping out resource requirements, and monitoring the execution and timeliness of projects.
Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Coordinate our people internally and partners externally to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and with a quality that satisfies all stakeholders.
Manage and monitor the participation of students in TGL SOS and TGL Corporate
training programs.
Assist in creating and packaging the manuals, workbooks and handouts for students.
Creating and managing communications in Google Classrooms, WhatsApp
groups and other communities (eg Social Media groups) for students that we
may create or help manage from time to time.
Assist in drafting exams and learning quiz questions as well as doing the first
round of markings on SOS Exam papers.
Collate student records for participation, engagement, assignment completion
and exam scores to determine whether or not participants were successful in
completing their programs.
Create SOS participant transcripts and information for issuing course
certificates.
Program Administrator Requirements:
