This position contributes to the success of Aegis by ensuring the efficient administration of internal HR policies and processes.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist with recruitment including posting vacancies, sorting resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks for eligible candidates
  • Assist with management of grievances  and concerns from staff and provide guidance
  • Administration of HR policies including Performance Management, Recruitment & Orientation, and Training
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that are aligned to strategic business objectives
  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Assist with researching, analyzing and collating relevant information from multiple sources and provide technical support to Head of HR in order to achieve company objectives.
  • Assist with design and facilitiation of internal training programs.
  • Assist in the development and review of SOPs for HR and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1- 2 years in an HR discipline
