This position contributes to the success of Aegis by ensuring the efficient administration of internal HR policies and processes.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist with recruitment including posting vacancies, sorting resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks for eligible candidates
Assist with management of grievances and concerns from staff and provide guidance
Administration of HR policies including Performance Management, Recruitment & Orientation, and Training
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that are aligned to strategic business objectives
Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Assist with researching, analyzing and collating relevant information from multiple sources and provide technical support to Head of HR in order to achieve company objectives.
Assist with design and facilitiation of internal training programs.
Assist in the development and review of SOPs for HR and policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent
