Accounts Receivable Clerk

We invite applicants for the position of:

Accounts Receivable Clerk
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The   Accounts Receivable Clerk is to perform general receivable duties as necessary.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Timely preparations and submission of customer statements.
  • Follow-up with customers for payments.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation statements.
  • Prepare lodgment for the company’s Corporate Office.
  • Prepare and enter journals.
  • Summarize card deposit for posting.
  • Periodic submission of relevant reports for senior management.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
  • 5 C.X.C/G.C.E subjects including Mathematics and English.
  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience in related field 
  • Experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk is a plus.
  • Able to work in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Must be personable, presentable and articulate.
