REPORTS TO: People Resources and Culture Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Engagement Coordinator is responsible for performing Company Culture related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management in supporting all departments. These direct responsibilities include employee engagement survey administration, employee engagement activities, content management, facilitation of culture related training where necessary, partnerships in event planning, recognition programs, on boarding assistance and others that may arise based on continuous employee feedback. As a function of the People Resources and Culture department, the Engagement Coordinator will, from time to time, be required to carry out administrative duties to support HR excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads the coordination of employee engagement activities as well as provide any needed support during such activities and events
Supports the administration of internal employee engagement surveys.
Coordinates all required support and materials, ensuring that they are available and prepared for events and activities.
Evaluates the success of each executed activity and identifies opportunities for improvement
Assist in Collaborating and developing content for monthly newsletters
Assist in building strong working relationships across multiple departments in the organization.
Develops and maintains relationships with key vendors used to support events, activities, outings, and programs for employees
Organizes and executes employee recognition events
Develops and maintains accounting records to manage expenditures associated executed programs, events, and activities
Performs consistent documentation of all projects and events administered.
Provides assistance where needed to the HR team in day-to-day operations
Assist in managing engagement schedules and monitor priorities to ensure they are consistent with the approved culture program's initiatives.
SKILLS AND KEY COMPETENCIES:
Experience in event planning
Excellent time management, organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills; strong and professional public speaking skills across at all levels including leadership
Ability to manage multiple projects seamlessly while providing superior internal customer service.
Advanced proficiencies in Google, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (required)
Experience utilizing online video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Skype or Webex.

Keen attention to detail
Charismatic, confidential, professional with the ability to work under pressure
Relationship management
Presentation skills.
