The GTM and BPO Sales Manager is hybrid role developed to seamlessly drive Amplia’s RGUs by aligning AMPLIA’s Go To Market Strategy across all products, alongside the direct management and responsibility of the BPO Sales Channel performance. Oversight of these functions should be geared toward exceeding subscriber and revenue expectations, while delivering exceptional promotional launches and product and life cycle experience.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and manage the GTM strategy and develop Market launch roadmap for all new services.
Establish readiness of new services Marketing execution by confirmation and alignment with Product & Technical team.
Ensure Sales Channel readiness management ahead of all launches.
Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
Investigate and provide insightful information on the competitive landscape, STP and market needs
Develop and implement sales strategies and techniques to increase territory penetration including new subscriber acquisition, upselling & cross selling for BPO targets.
Primary reporting liaison on BPO projects to client(s) as needed. This is specific to receipt of updates and decisions, communication of plans and results and any other responsible matters
Drive sales process adherence, measurement, and performance management across BPO sales teams as well as analyzing in the field data toward new strategies on a continuous basis.
Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts and reports for BPO Services. Suggest avenues to expand the profitability by line of business.
Generate and utilize reporting to analyze required performance improvement, provide product recommendations and marketing input for BPO Services.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and systems to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of BPO sales operations.
Evaluate ongoing performance of supervisors and sales agents against key performance indicators and implement corrective action where necessary.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Valid Driver’s permit and access to a vehicle; role will entail driving to various locations across Trinidad & Tobago.
Available to work routinely beyond normal office hours aligned with sales requirements.
Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
