CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating that they are a team player with a common objective to achieve the desired results of the department. The incumbent should display professionalism in keeping with the company’s standards, execute customer transactions, and continuously learn the business to effectively communicate and process various functions in the department.

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES/MAJOR TASKS:

  • Ensure excellent customer service delivery in accordance with service standards and achieve productivity standards applicable to the job function being performed.
  • Perform cashiering, data entry charges, documentation archiving and receptionist functions on a daily basis.
  • Scrutinizes documents for validity, ensuring correct charges are applied and then processes the transactions
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain interpersonal relationship skills with both internal and external customers
  • Update the stripping schedule on the company’s website on a daily basis.
  • Perform the associated duties of managing the Information Desk and e-Payment Settlement.
  • Accurately enter and update core systems with correct charges and codes; verify and validate data and collect charges timely as per service standards.
  • Support administrative functions as required, which may include updating logs, dashboards, organize files and provide customers with critical feedback.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in the Customer Service Department of a similar operation

                                                  

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

 

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Teller function would be an asset.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Computer skills and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Able to perform to a high level of accuracy, and are meticulous and organized.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
