The incumbent will work in the automotive industry and interact with customers to provide accurate and timely responses during the service reception process. Will help to support the Customer Service department with other administrative needs and duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet customers and guide them through the service reception process.
  • Log customer concerns and vehicles.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails and direct them to relevant personnel.
  • Set appointments and follow up on the servicing of vehicles.
  • Conduct daily customer satisfaction surveys log information in ADP Dealership Suite.
  • File correspondences.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks.
  • Conduct any other task that may be assigned by Manager.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High School Diploma to include a minimum of 5 CSEC and minimum 3 CAPE subjects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist.
  • Experience in the Customer Service industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Pays keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language both orally and in writing.
