Logistics Coordinator- B.P.O. (90-Day Contract)

We are looking for a competent Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the client’s transportation service. He/she will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of routes when applicable.
The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

Key Accountabilities:

• Coordinating and monitoring transportation services;
• Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively;
• Utilizing logistics to optimize transport procedures;
• Will coordinate drop on/off transportation services;
• Will follow instructions from Real State transportation coordinator;
• Supervise all units to comply with RESO standard;
• Input all data as needed to provide transportation statistics;
• Track transportation occupancy;
• Other task assigned.

Requirements:

• Experience as logistics coordinator preferred but not needed;
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated;
• Knowledge of laws, regulations for private transportation services;
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes;
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of Microsoft office;
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
